• Rates are nett and inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees and service charge

• Rates are applicable to Corporate accounts and strictly NQGs (both foreign and local guests) only
• Hotel and guests must strictly follow implemented guidelines by various government agencies for multi-use properties
• All bookings must course through Sales for documentation prior reservations
• Payment maybe prepaid or send bill depending on arrangement with the corporate account
